perfect location plentiful variety lovely table

the location proved PERFECT. i could walk to all the main attractions from the hotel, and , made it easy. the breakfast offered a plentiful variety of choices and the quality was good. the bar staff were really nice and set a perfectly lovely decorated big table for our evening meal.

the room lacked fridge. also, the tea making facilities were not very good. i think a fridge and better facilities would really improve the room.

the room had comfy pillows. the view from the room looked fine over the dock and park. i found the rooms quiet, that allows for restful sleep, important for all travelers especially when attending bussiness meetings.

The location was good and just what I wanted.

The air conditioner made sounds that kept me awake. It felt too old and probably needed an update. The breakfast room seemed very sad. I think it needs someone to come and take care of it.

i found the breakfast selection comprehensive and fresh. i appreciated the inclusion of both hot and cold items, all well-prepared.

the minibar was empty upon arrival, and replenishing it required a call to reception.

helpful staff wide food variety broken air conditioning old hotel

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated their quick assistance with all my questions. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of foods. Helen in the breakfast area gave great local knowledge.

The air conditioning did not work for the entire week of my stay. This made sleeping uncomfortable. I found the hotel itself looked old and stuffy. The hotel seems overpriced too.
